Turkey says Moscow, Kiev likely to sign grain document next week

ISTANBUL/UN, Jul 14 (PRIME) – A document is likely to be signed between Russia and Ukraine next week to solve the problem of Kiev grain exports from the Black Sea, Turkey's National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said late on Wednesday.

"At a meeting to be held next week, we will consider again all details, we will put signatures under the work we have done," Akar said, adding that the Russian and Ukrainian delegation would meet again in Turkey.

"We have agreed on the key technical issues, such as establishment of a coordination center in Istanbul, where the participants from all sides will be present, joint control of the port departure and arrival, provision of sea safety during navigation."

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that he saw substantive progress in the grain negotiations, in particular, in the issues of control, coordination and demining.
